Your travel draft is not a government record
TripRebuild is a private drafting aid. It is not affiliated with USCIS or CBP, and using it does not submit anything to either agency.
Stamp photos are used once, then discarded
A stamp photo is sent to /api/extract for one-shot AI reading. The full upload is held only long enough to return the reading and is never written to server storage. A small source crop is saved with your browser draft so you can verify its row.
Your I-94 PDF stays in your browser
If you add an I-94 PDF, the app parses it locally in the browser. The PDF is not uploaded to our server.
Your draft timeline stays on your device
Trips, edits, confirmation state, and evidence crops live in your browser localStorage. We do not store your trip timeline server-side.
Your account stores access, not trips
An account stores your email address, hashed sign-in session, paid unlock link, and the number of free photo readings used. It never stores trip rows, passport photos, source crops, or I-94 files.
Nothing is sent to a government agency
We never share your documents, readings, timeline, or exports with USCIS, CBP, DHS, or any other government agency.
Minimal product telemetry
Product telemetry records action names, numeric counts, and timings so we can see whether the tool works. It never includes document content, extracted stamp text, dates, countries, or trip rows.
AI readings can be wrong and missing records can make a timeline incomplete. Every AI row keeps its source crop and confidence so you can inspect it, and only rows you confirm can be exported. TripRebuild never promises completeness, acceptance, or an immigration outcome. It is not legal advice.
