Refund Policy

The TripRebuild unlock is a one-time purchase of $19. You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to support@triprebuild.com from the email you paid with. You can also use the link in your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle through paddle.net.

What happens next

We answer within two business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used, and banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. The unlock stops working; anything you already exported stays yours.

After 14 days

We still refund when the law where you live requires it, or when TripRebuild could not do what it said it would do. Write to us and describe what happened.

Who sells to you

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply to them. Everything else about using the service is in the terms of service.
